You could replace meat with soya products and pastries with fruits. Moreover, you should consume much cereals, which contain soluble fibre that helps to reduce your level of cholesterol. For instance, it would be good, if you add beans to soups and eat cereals for breakfast. Sweet teeth could make their breakfast cereals tastier by mixing them with fruits. So to speak, if you want to have a healthy body you should firstly change your food habits and be more careful by choosing the ingredients for your meals and cooking them.
Secondly, it’s rather necessary to take exercises, especially aerobic ones. On the one hand, they stimulate the work of your heart and lungs, and thus strengthen them. On the other hand, they help you to lose weight and so make a risk of getting heart disease much lower. A sound mind could be only in a sound body.


Thirdly, if you are a smoker it’s rather important for you to quit. The matter is that smoking, while being a risk factor for many other diseases, could cause the deposits of cholesterol in the arteries, what in its turn bring about heart disease. Furthermore, stopping smoking prevents from getting a great number of other diseases.


So, if you are really eager to make the level of cholesterol in the blood normal and have a healthy body and thus feel yourself well the mentioned lifestyle changes would significantly help you and prevent from further treatment and sad consequences.
